Payment and cancellation terms

£5 introductory access

You pay £5 for 14 days of full access. Your payment method is saved for one automatic £49 winter-pass payment on day 15 unless you cancel before the due time shown at Stripe checkout. A checkout can stay open for up to 30 minutes; your introductory access may include that additional time, so you always receive at least 14 full days after payment.

We send a reminder around day 12. Cancel the future £49 charge in your member account before its due time, or contact Lee in time for it to be stopped. Your website, email and Telegram access continue through the paid introductory period. The cancellation confirmation shows whether the future charge has been stopped.

The £49 payment buys access until the end of 31 March 2027 (UK time). There is no further charge and no renewal. If the £49 payment fails, winter access starts only after successful payment. The winter pass still ends on 31 March.

£49 winter pass: one payment now, access until the end of 31 March 2027 (UK time), no renewal.

£95 year pass: one payment now, access for one calendar year from successful payment, no renewal. A purchase on 29 February ends on 28 February the following year.

When access ends

At expiry, the website stops showing paid shortlists. The automated delivery check removes you from the Shortlist YMLP email group and the private Telegram channel. The check runs every five minutes; delivery-provider outages can delay removal and are retried. Your memberships in unrelated email groups are not changed.

Unsubscribing from shortlist emails is separate from cancelling a future payment. You can stop emails sooner in your member account. It does not remove your paid website or Telegram access.

Refunds

The winter-pass guarantee is explained on the What members get page. A full refund removes access granted by that refunded payment. A partial refund does not automatically end access. A different valid pass continues to give access until its own expiry.

Your account

After paying, sign up or log in with the same email address used at Stripe. Verify that address through Kinde. We check the paid product before enabling access. Your account does not gain access just by visiting the thank-you page.
